Other Thoughts:
Superb comfort and build, near perfect from deep bass to upper mids - treble slightly bright but can be damped with extra foam inserts in the earcups. Best sound I’ve heard in this price range.

Pros:
excellent clarity and detail. a very ’analytical’ pair of cans.
Cons:
a little shy on the bass for my liking, but if I wanted inflated bass, I wouldn’t be looking at these cans.
Other Thoughts:
A great alternative to those without deep enough pockets for the Sennheiser HD800

Beautiful slightly dark sound, extreme comfort, great looks.
Cons:
None.
Other Thoughts:
The most evenly-balanced sound I’ve heard, slightly midrange-forward but exceptionally clean and usable with all music genres.

Shure SRH940 - Professional Premium Reference Dynamic Closed Back Over Ear Headphones Shure 940 headphones
These headphones are the best I have used. Even though I was told the quality of the music in an MP3 is not the same as the CD, I found the music quality to be great with these headphones. They are not heavy after long use, they look great and the sound is excellent.
