At Headphones.com, we want you to find and use the right product for you. If you decide to return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase, please email support@headphones.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please follow these instructions to return:
- Contact us for an RMA number. If, for any reason, you decide to return or exchange your product within 30 days of purchase, please email returns@headphones.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package - we can only accept back products in their original packaging. Please include all original packaging when returning the product, and write your RMA number on the outside of the returning package. You'll help us expedite your return by ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
- Return using a traceable method - Please keep your tracking number as proof of delivery back to Headphones.com and have it available if you have any questions for us.
Headphones.com generally does not charge restocking fees or refuse returns; however, products that are damaged upon arrival may be subject to a 15% restocking fee or the product return may be refused.
