Return and Pricing Policies
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. The RMA must be issued within 21 days of receipt, and the item must be received in our distribution center within 30 days of the original purchase in order to qualify for a return/exchange.
There will be a 15% restocking fee charged for all returns that were not due to an error on our part, via damage in shipment, or DOA / Defective. DOA / Defective items can be returned for exchange only (Please see DAMAGE and DEFECTIVE sections below for more information)
Since ALL of our products are offered with free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will also be deducted from your return refund. You will also be responsible for all return shipping costs.
If customer takes refund in the form of store credit (expires 1 year from issue date), there will be no restock fee, however customer will still be responsible for outbound and return freight.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: We cannot accept any returns on opened earphones or earbuds for sanitary reasons. Any unopened earphones can be returned with standard restock charges applied. If earphones are returned, and determined to have been opened/used, a refund will not be issued. Customer will be contacted to arrange for return delivery of the item at their expense.
If your earphones are defective, they can be exchanged per our DOA / Defective Items terms below. Custom made/ordered items are not returnable.
All returns must include the following:
- Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
- Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
- The return must be complete and include all accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
- Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates or any other reason) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
- Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To receive your RMA please contact our customer support department and be sure to have your order number handy.
Any items returned that do not meet the above criteria are subject to additional restocking fees at Headphones.com discretion.
DOA / Defective Items :
If your item arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA) or is defective upon receipt, please contact Customer Service immediately for an RMA #. DOA/Defective items can be returned for exchange only. If you do not want a replacement unit sent out, than the standard return policy and restocking fee will be applicable to the order.
Items returned by customers as 'defective' which are found not to be upon receipt by Headphones.com or the item's manufacturer will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee plus all associated freight costs. Please make sure to speak with one of our sales associates before filing a return for a defective item, to ensure it actually is defective.
Shipping Damage :
Damaged merchandise will be replaced and/or repaired at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received for freight damage.
Shipping damage must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt in order for a replacement unit to be arranged.
Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.
Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, the Alltec Stores price will necessarily change on occasion.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will attempt to contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Length of time for the issued credit to appear in your account is based on your individual bank or card issuer.
Website Errors :
We here at Headphones.com make every possible effort to provide as current and accurate product information as is available to us from the manufacturers and distributors of the products we sell. Product information from these manufacturers and / or distributors is subject to change at any time. Headphones.com reserves the right to update information on our website at any time without notice.
Information on this website regarding product, features, services and manufacturers - including pricing, availability, shipping and special offers - may include typographical errors, omissions or inaccuracies. These errors will be corrected upon discovery. If you are not fully satisfied with your product purchase, you may return it as per our standard return policy.
All international orders must be paid for via Google Checkout or Bank Transfer. Please contact our sales department at 1-800-352-6140 or email email@example.com to complete your order if you are unable to complete it online.
All duties, fees, tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. Headphones.com will not reimburse any fees incurred by buyer upon import. If item is returned to Headphones.com for failure of buyer to pay tariffs or fees, any expense incurred by Headphones.com to retrieve items will be deducted from the buyers refund.
