FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Shipping is completely free across the continental US! We do not currently ship outside of the US however that could change in the future. 

Generally it will take two to six days after your order is placed before it is shipped to you. However we are very accomadating. If you need something expedited because you are going on a vacation or you are moving to a different location that is OK. Just reach out to us and we will make sure you receive whatever you have ordered in the time that you need it. 

Some products do have a longer lag time between when the order is placed and when the order is shipped. If you are ever curious about how long something will take to ship, feel free to send us an e-mail at info@headphones.com and we will be more than happy to help!

We get this question often. When we first started headphones.com we agreed that the experience should be all about the customer. The website design should be easy to use and intuitive, the customer service would be quick and prompt, and the products would be top notch. Unfortunately Beats by D.R.E does not fall into that last category. We want to show people that they can spend the exact amount that they would on a pair of Beats and get 10x the quality from another pair of headphones. Although the latest iteration of Beats has gotten better, they are still not in the range where we could sell them to our customers in good faith. Beats does have an excellent marketing campaign and once they start focusing more on RND and less on marketing, maybe they will rise into the quality of headphones that we are looking to sell. But for now, we do not sell Beats by D.R.E.

Amazon is a huge company. They can do many things. However the one thing they can't seem to provide is excellent customer support. This is where the team at headphones.com really shines. At headphones.com you are guaranteed to be speaking to a person who wants to be here and is pasionate about what they do. Whether it be by e-mail or phone. You will not be re-directed to a call center in a seperate country. At headphones.com you are guaranteed quick, great service, fast shipping and a 365-day return policy. 

High-end headphones (or Audiophile headphones) have always had a tight-knit community. They are generally welcoming to newcommers however there is so much information out there and so many terms that they use that it is very easy to get overwhelmed with the information and give up. We are looking to change that overwhelming frustation. Finding something that you enjoy shouldn't take you 40 hours of research as you stumble over various message boards with contradicting opinions. Of course research is a good thing to do if you are spending money on high-end items, but it shouldn't be a chore to do. That is why we are currently working on a glossary for headphones that will give you the definitions of the words you see (bright, warm, forward, laid-back, etc..) among other things. Look for that to come at the end of July 2017!
