Shipping policy

One of the key things we pride ourselves on is our customer service and one of the most important aspects of our customer service is getting you your product on time! But not only do we want to get it to you on time, we want to make sure we are using a reliable courier so the experience for you is the best possible. That's why our customers who are a part of Headphones.com's Customer Loyalty program can enjoy various tiers of free shipping within the United States of America.

Signature Requirement

All orders shipped through Headphones.com are shipped with signature required by default unless otherwise requested. Please reach out to us in advance of your order being shipped if you would like it shipped without a signature.

Headphones.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen when a package is requested to be shipped without a signature requirement.

 

Damaged or Missing Packages

Headphones.com must be made aware of any issues with delivery within 24 hours of delivery. Damaged or missing items after the 24 hour period while need to be handled under manufacturer warranty or through a claim with the courier.

Canadian Shipping

Canadian orders over $250 are eligible for free shipping. Duties, Taxes and Brokerage Fees are not included but you can choose to pay Duties, Taxes and Brokerage Fees upfront during checkout with DHL. If you choose UPS shipping, you will be charged fees upon delivery

International Shipping

Due to our vendor agreements with the brands that we carry, we are unable to ship outside of the United States or Canada. 


How Soon Will My Order Ship

We strive for every item we have on the website to be in stock and ready to ship the same day. So if your order is in stock and you place your order before 1pm PST, it will ship that same day, Monday-Friday. At this time we do not offer shipping on weekends.

Sometimes, we like to give our customers the opportunity to place orders on backordered items or pre-orders. In those situations, it will be clearly written on the page that the product is backordered or available for pre-order. Pre-order and backordered items will be shipped out once the item is back in stock on a first come, first serve basis.
